Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges - As of 12 noon of the scheduled date of arrival.
More than 30 days notice : No Charge
30 days or less : 50 %
15 days or less : No refund
Please be advised Cancellation upon Arrival/No-show/Early Departure/Change of Dates falls under cancellation policy dependent on dates.
Reduction of accommodation booked will be treated as Cancellation.
Cancellations will only be accepted over emailed communication.
Things to note
We want you to enjoy the outdoors! This means that there are no TVs in the rooms.
We do not have a liquor license, and therefore we recommend you carry your own or buy it locally.
Wi-fi and cellphone reception is available, but can sometimes be patchy.
We do not provide room service. Meals are only served in the dining room or alfresco in the garden.
Our rooms are created with a lot of wood. Therefore, we request that you only smoke outside the rooms in the garden area.
