Inclusions and policies for The Lodge at Wah, Palampur - a boutique property on a 526 acre tea garden

The Lodge at Wah has 6 individual ensuite rooms, spread across 3 cottages. Each room has it’s own entrance to the outside, and no rooms are inter-connected. Only the main cottage has a common living and dining room.

Our Standard Category rooms (Pekoe, Camellia, Court and Oolong) are over 350 sq ft with beautiful open design and a slate bathroom.

Our Deluxe Category rooms (Cedar and Pine) are over 500 sq ft each with a gorgeous large slate bathroom.

Rooms and Facilities

  • The rooms have all weather air-conditioners with hot and cold feature rooms, and king size beds which cannot be separated. All rooms have en suite private bathrooms with hot water geysers.

  • Tea/Coffee maker and toiletries are available in all rooms.

  • We do not have televisions in the rooms. Guests may watch television in the living room.

  • Our rooms are created with a lot of wood. Therefore, guests wishing to smoke may only do so outside the rooms in the garden area.

  • We have a croquet and badminton set for the garden. Board games are available in the living area and books may be borrowed from our library.

  • Free Wi-Fi is available in the common living room. Cell phone reception can be patchy.

  • Kitchen is always off limits to guests with no exceptions.

  • Check-in : 2 p.m : Check-out : 12 noon

Meals

  • The menu for the meals is decided keeping your preferences in mind.

  • Lunch can be ordered from an a la carte menu. Certain options will need to be communicated by the previous evening.

  • We do not provide room service. Meals are only served in the dining room or alfresco in the garden based on meal timings.

  • We do not serve alcohol, but guests are welcome to carry their own.

Meal Timing

  • Breakfast - 7:30 am to 10:30 am

  • Dinner - 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges - As of 12 noon of the scheduled date of arrival.

  • More than 30 days notice............. No charge

  • 30 days or less............................ 50 %

  • 15 days or less............................ No refund

  • We are unable to offer date extensions due to cancellations.
